Making elderberry flower syrup



A big bowl - stuffing with elderberry blossoms and 2 lemons - pouring water.
24 hours later - filter - take 1 &1/2 L juice and 1 &1/2 kg sugar - cook together - and pour into bottles.






The end result.

how in the world have i missed all these posts you have been doing?!! you have been such a very busy lady! i love this recipe. i have never made it before. i have some dried elderflower. do you think that would work okay? love and hugs

because I had no bottles, we went to the store and bought small bottles of juice.
LOL... we drank all, now I had bottles :o)

well you can save the bottles after you drink your elderflower drink, and use them again sometime! lol xxxx
